This is great. For all the times Slashdot lets me down, sometimes it's beautiful. This guy advocates, quite fiercely that we need to use BitTorrent and digital encoding to share video to create our content and create a new news network. Its aims and means are similar to ours. Though I wonder if they have access / open channels in Australia.
