I just downloaded the file in about 15 minutes (Connected to 127 seeds and 56 peers) and am watching it right now. It was compressed using Sorenson Video 3, a great codec choice but not as high-quality as Xvid, Divx, and 3ivx (it's advantage though is that users won't have to install additional codec's). The 99 minute QuickTime file could be dropped into FCP, iMovie, or iDVD but due to its 15 FPS and 240x180 size, you're not likely to confuse it for source DV footage (or even a VHS tape), but for a file like this, the size of the file (for a faster spread of the file around the network) and the ease of use (no need to install a codec component) make this a fitting compression choice.
