Community Media: Distributed Digitally, Collaboratively. DigitalBicycle is a project dedicated to making it easier for Community Media and Technology Centers to distribute media content amongst themselves. Using BitTorrent, RSS, and web community software, we hope to simplify collaboration and cable access syndication.
